  • Delegate management - save the dates, invitations and joining instructions

  • Liaison with facilitators and suppliers

  • Review of contracts and contact information

  • Produce, design and print event materials such as badges, name cards and agenda

  • Creation of  event run sheet

On the day
  • Set up and take down of events

  • Meet and greet guests

  • Manage the registration desk

  • Ensure time frames are adhered to

  • Technical support

  • Serve as main point of contact for any queries during the event

Post Event
  • Financial report

  • Analysis of post event feedback on key issues and event performance and using this feedback/data to develop future events

  • Follow up emails to attendees
